TCHOTCHKE – Day Out Day In

TCHOTCHKE’s debut album, Life Gets In The Way, was recorded at Sage Gateshead. They have released early demos that have had regional and international radio coverage.

Playing a range of styles, from dream-pop, shoegaze, to alt-rock and based in Newcastle UK, TCHOTCHKE formed in 2016 and played their first live show at Generator’s Evolution Emerging festival (now Tipping Point). They have gone on to play other festivals and have supported bands such as The Primitives, Hers, Say Sue Me, The Dears and Annie Hart of Au Revoir Simone.

The album art was created by Ivelina Goverdovskaya, UK artist, featured at New York’s MOMA. The band saw her painting and knew straight away that they wanted to use it, as a nod to the Factory Records art style.
