Halfway between Love Battery and Presidents of the United States lies the catchy, lovable, guitar pop sound of “Pick a Number” by up and coming band, Gypsy Temple. I chose two old school Seattle bands for the comparison because Gypsy Temple is Seattle through and through and their video shows old school Seattle in a great light on a sunny day. Filmed in Seattle’s Pioneer Square, Volunteer Park and other strategic spots, the video is an homage to Ground Hog Day and (the ultimate Seattle music film) Singles. This is an incredible song which asks the question, “Do we find love through destiny or chance?” and a fantastic video. Give it a watch. Numerous times.
