Paul F Cook has long been a fan of the vocals of Annie (aka Machina X) and when the opportunity to work together came up he jumped at the chance.
He had always wanted to hear Annie’s voice against a more acoustic backdrop and created a song that put his Spanish guitar playing at its centre.
Once the backing track was sent to Annie it began a creative collaboration with both artists contributing to the song’s evolution.
Annie says, “When I first heard this beautiful guitar track idea from Paul, I knew it would be an excellent opportunity to explore a musical path that was a little different from my usual”
