Mal Élevé – Jamais Fatigué

If you watch only one French-German ska music video filmed in West Africa with dancing amputees this year, let it be this one. In English, the title means “never tired…”

„Jamais Fatigué“ is not only the new single by French-German singer Mal Élevé„Jamais Fatigué“ – „never tired“ – is a battle cry. With the second song from his EP “Megafon”, the ex-Irie Révoltés singer ignites a motivation bomb that completely sweeps away even the most stubborn hopelessness. Even after disturbing numbers in the European elections, he calls for not giving up!
The video is out today:  https://youtu.be/73sINyDAdY0
He sings among other things:
“nothing can stop us and nobody can stop us /
we break the rods and we tear off all the chains /
We don’t have a nation, fuck the Le Pens. /
The only good system is the sound system.”
I’m looking forward to news, distribution of the video and inclusion in your most treasured playlists!
Don’t give up!

“Jamais Fatigué” is not only the new track of Mal Élevé, “Jamais Fatigué” – “never tired” – is a battle cry. With the second song from his EP “Megafon”, the German-French singer ignites a motivation bomb that completely sweeps away even the most stubborn hopelessness. Mal Élevé continues exactly where he left off as front singer of Irie Révoltés: “Jamais Fatigué” is brewed from the same explosive mixture of dancehall and ska with which Irie Révoltés put thousands of people into ecstasy for almost 20 years. “Sometimes I can hardly stand it when I see injustice all over the world,” says Mal Élevé, “that’s why I wrote this song. The song is for all those who do not give up, who fight day after day for a world without borders, without hierarchies and without exploitation”. In this sense the song is also a declaration of love to the political and social projects of Rollis for Africa, Viva con Agua and Sea-Watch, which Mal Élevé supports full of energy: “Jamais Fatigué” – never tired!
