Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs – Tapes & Money – At Pdx’s Doug Fir 8/6 and Seattle’s Neumo’s 8/5

Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs (aka TEED), one of the most innovative up-and-coming producers in dance music, will appear in Portland on August 6th at the Doug Fir Lounge and in Seattle on August 5 at Neumo’s. TEED recently released his debut album Trouble here in the US on Casablanca Records. You can stream some of the tracks from Trouble on TEED’s Soundcloud, including “Stronger” and “American Dream Part II.” To get an idea of how fun his shows are, check out the video below and don’t miss your chance to catch him live!

TEED has already gained an incredible reputation for his live shows, with his raucous festival dates becoming the stuff of legend, and recent sellout tours of UK, Europe and the States consolidating his position as one of the most creative and vital new artists around. Check out his videos for “American Dream Part II” or “Tapes & Money” to see just how visionary he is. One of the most anticipated electronic albums of the year, Trouble finds him completely immersed in the role of vocalist, singing throughout, providing the story with a genuine heartfelt quality. Of course this is paired with his trademark sub-bass, electro bounciness and washed-out synths that combine to create a stunning piece of modern dancefloor pop.
