“Rich Rappers” marks the start of the official countdown of the release of Castro’s debut album El Cantante Del Ghetto. The track follows the concept of his upcoming project, the success of getting out of his ‘barrio’ to make a living out of music.

Simultaneously, Castro recently received four nominations for the 2024 Premio Nuestra Tierra awards for “Best Urban Artist,” in addition to “Best Urban Song” for his 2x platinum hit “Quema” alongside Peso Pluma, and “Best Urban Collaboration” for both “Ojitos Rojos” and “Quema.”

Now, Ryan Castro is putting the finishing touches on his first studio album “EL CANTANTE DEL GHETTO”, one that will pay tribute to his roots and the hard working people from his neighborhood of Pedregal, Medellin.

RYAN CASTRO, dubbed as “El Cantante Del Ghetto” is an artist who has become the definition of overcoming challenges since his upbringing in the Pedregal neighborhood of Medellín, Colombia, where he would rap in public buses in order to help his family economically. U.S. charts in addition to placing on Spotify Top 50 Global for several weeks.
