Los Angeles, CA (February 29, 2024) – Rising Puerto Rican-Dutch musician, model & dancer, Bodine, releases new single “No Me Quiere Mas Na’” today via Trambo Records with an exclusive premiere with Paper Magazine. Read more here. The seductive new single tells the arduous story of being deeply in love with someone who takes advantage of your heart and leaves you, knowing you’ll be right there waiting for them.

The song produced by XAY and BLVCK95 was a very exciting and important project for the artist who expressed “my heart and my soul is in this project, NMQMN made me discover who I truly am in music but also in the visual world.”

The visual, directed by famed photographer/director Greg Swales and Chevy Tyler, pays homage to Puerto Rican icon Iris Chacón and her memorable “Con Tu Amor” music video. Chacón was one of the most important pioneers and feminists of the early 70s who paved the way for artists like Bodine to thrive in a male-dominated industry. “My true inspiration and one of my biggest motivations to keep fighting for my career is Iris Chacón. She broke all boundaries and shook the world with her incredible dance moves  and music.  Iris opened a door for all of us Latinx women to show our power in the music world,” affirms Bodine. Styled by Mario Solares, the artist-model wore two beautiful looks from the iconic fashion house The Blonds in order to bring her vision to life.

Bodine will be making her debut at SXSW this year with two showcases. She’ll be kicking off the week on March 12th with the inaugural ECCO Drop Live showcase and the Fama Collective Showcase on March 14th. She will continue to build on her momentum and show the world what’s to come.

The artist has already received praise from media such as TelemundoRemezcla, and HOLA! Magazine and has collaborated with reputable artists including Zizzy (AQUIHAYAQUIHAY), Chicocurlyhead, and Fuego
