December 1, 2023 – Santa Monica, CA – Today, British soul legend Marsha Ambrosius launches her soaring composition “The Greatest.”

The expansive track will play a central role in ESPN’s Heisman trophy promotions leading up to the big ceremony on December 9. Triumphant and sweeping, the R&B hitmaker’s first release in five years is the perfect accompaniment for a celebration of excellence in college football.
“You said the day I met you, that you’d never let me go,” the Floetry frontwoman croons over piano, strings and percussion on the track. “Enchanted by your passion I’m enamored — got me wanting you, and the things you do to me.” That takes us to the majestic chorus: “You’re by far… the greatest of them all.” Produced by Marsha, Dr. Dre, Focus…, Dem Jointz, Trevor Lawrence Jr., & Erik “Blu2th” Griggs and sounding like a long, lost Bond theme, it’s impossible to not fall under track’s seductive spell.
From her time in Floetry to her solo career, Ambrosius has made a lasting impact on R&B with her stunning voice and emotional lyrics.
