Let’s call it a heart wrenching duet. That’s the best way to describe these new visuals for “Bring Them Home”, the latest single by rising star Zigz Gaud & Crystal Shawanda. The music video was released December 23rd, 2022 and was filmed within the ruins of a residential school in both artists home community of Wikwemikong First Nation. The song raises awareness about the atrocities of residential schools & the unmarked graves of thousands of children. The main theme of the song is “Bringing Home” the bodies found at these sites to give solace to the families & communities, and finally bringing peace to their spirits so that they may start their journey.
