Salvation Jayne – Coney Island, Baby!

This is highwire melodic rock with great vocals and great playing. Just take a listen and drink it in. These are the good old days.

This Kentish band was made to tour the East Coast of the US. It may be awhile before any band tours anywhere, but when the world starts over, I hope Salvation Jayne is able to put in a few weeks of hard gigging in Brooklyn and Jersey, maybe go as far west as Chicago.

The band, formed of Chess Smith (Vocals, and her truly special voice runs from the raw edge of PJ Harvey to the soulful power of Yonaka’s Theresa Jarvis.), Dan Lucas (Bass), Tor Charlesworth (Drums) & Holly Kinnear (Guitar), have, over the last few years, received significant support from stations like BBC Introducing, Kerrang & Radio X as well as landing support slots with bands like Saint Agnes, Milk Teeth & Rews.
