APOLOGIES IF A VIDEO ISN’T AVAILABLE IN YOUR COUNTRY

1 Pottery – Lifeline Costume (3)

Lively little indie mover, this one. It helps that they have a great name too.

2  Yacht – Scatterhead ( Rob’s Dub Mix) (34)

Clean tech workout with dub bits from newie out on DFA. New.?.. DFA?… that’s so noughties.

3   Prettiest Eyes – La Maldad (63)

Digi modulator DIY punk stuff. Sort of thing you’d expect to find released on Castle Face records (John Dwyer) but he obviously hasn’t heard it yet.

4  Neutrals – Hate The Summer (94)

Because we all do and it’s a fab song.
5  Mal Blum –  Well ,Fuck  (272)

Long time since we heard a slacker song we actually believed..although could have done without some of those 70’s stadium rawk guitar lines.

6.Amr Ismail – (mixtape)  (344)

It’s only 20 mins long but an absolute dream mix. You’ll see what we mean

7 Ukandanz – Yene Hassab (337)

No nothing about this lot but if i were on a Med holiday this summer this is what i’d want to hear.

8. Sendelica  & Secret Knowledge – Windmill (Orb Mix)  (376)

When rock journalist ( and much much more) Kris Needs lost his soul mate Helen Donlon after an illness a number of musicians got together to record this eulogy and with the Orb’s magic touch have created something rather special.

9  Reptant – Lizard Theme (461)

Cool tune giving us bleep again .. yaay!

10  As Longitude – Na Numbers (Feat. Simone Of Twoonky) (601)

Something rather special to finish, you think it’s just chugging along but it’s all in here and dubbed up a treat too.Going to feature in one of our top tunes of the year, without a doubt.

Because as we know, there are known knowns; there are things we know we know.

We also know there are known unknowns; that is to say we know there are some things we do not know.

But there are also unknown unknowns – the ones we don’t know we don’t know.
