The 2nd single from her forthcoming full length album of original songs is this wonder tune. “Time” is about longing for certain goals in life, all the while doubting if those goals are actually what is best for you. It’s about how that self doubt makes it hard to work towards those specific goals. It’s about wondering how you ended up in a completely different place than what you expected, and it contemplates whether the choices that got you there came from within yourself or from expectations from the people around you.
