On September 16th a major punk event is coming to Tacoma, WA. At the Le May Car Museum from noon to 10 p.m. major punk bands like NOFX, Bad Religion, Less Than Jake, Goldfinger, Bad Cop Bad Cop all on one bill for one glorious afternoon/evening. This is part of a west coast tour, but there are no dates in Portland. Portlanders will have to venture down to CA or up to WA to bear witness to this spectacular event.
I have reviewed all these bands as headliners at their own shows and/or part of festivals like Warped Tour. The PNW seldom sees festivals with acts of this caliber, so get your train tickets, your Greyhound tickets or hitch a ride with a friend and get up to Tacoma.
