Jill’s indoor gardening tip #2 – Fruit fly death trap. Sweet white wine drinkers tend to bring wine to a dinner party then only drink a glass or two, thereby leaving me with a lot of, to my mind, undrinkable wine in my refrigerator. My solution to both problems is to put some sweet white wine in a glass with a little dish soap. The little fruit flies are drawn to it and drown. Now I am happy when people bring sweet white wine!
