NFL Week Six – Redemption time?

OK, hopefully rock bottom has been reached, though perfection is always possible…

San Diego 8 ST LOUIS

Can’t take a team that lost by 38 to the Lions. Chargers to cover.

HOUSTON 4 Kansas City

The Chiefs can keep it within a field goal in this one.

NEW ENGLAND 3 Batimore

The Ravens are a more complete team and will win on the road.

New Orleans 4 TAMPA BAY

The Saints will be playing with urgency and should cover.

PHILADELPHIA 2 1/2 Atlanta

Atlanta is the hot pick in the NFC, but I like the Eagles at home.

NY GIANTS 10 Detroit

If Calvin Johnson can’t play and Best reamins limited, the Lions offense will struggle to keep this one close.

CHICAGO 6 1/2 Seattle

This is a good match up for the Bears. They should win by at least 7.

GREEN BAY NL Miami

This one depends on the health of Rodgers.

PITTSBURGH 13 1/2 Cleveland

Big Ben is back and the Steelers should be all systems go coming off their bye week. A W by at least 14.

NY Jets 3 DENVER

The Broncos will move the ball, but likely have trouble finding the end zone. Jets to cover.

SAN FRANCISCO 6 1/2 Oakland

It’s now or never for the 49ers. One last chance and they should make good on it.

MINNESOTA 1 1/2 Dallas

Which team makes fewer mistakes? Romo’s in better shape than Favre – take the Cowboys.

Indianapolis 3 WASHINGTON

The Colts should be able to score enough to cover in this one.

Tennessee 3 JACKSONVILLE

Two inconsistent teams. I’ll go with the Jags at home.
